GDHA Product Safety Notice
GDHA have decided to suspend the production and sale of certain gas range cookers with immediate effect. They are working closely with the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) on this matter.
 
Please see this document for the full list of affected models. 

The key message is that the grill door must be open when operating the gas grill, as outlined in the instruction manual.
